TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOMADES AVENTURA
The terms and conditions detailed below, including the booking form and all written documents such as emails exchanged between the client and Nómades Aventura, constitute an agreement between these parties and are therefore conditions of contract. If the client books by phone or internet, it will be considered that he has read the terms and conditions, and agrees with them.
Booking Payment – To formally book a trip with Nómades Aventura, each person must provide:
-An initial deposit of 50% of the cost of the trip

Final Payment – The balance of the cost of the trip must be paid 30 days before the start of the trip.
Your booking with NOMADES AVENTURA will not be confirmed until NOMADES AVENTURA has received the initial payment of the 50% deposit. Once the deposit and forms have been received, we will issue a final invoice, which will show the amount paid and the balance due.
When booking a trip less than 30 days before the start of the trip, it is considered a last minute booking and 100% of the trip cost must be paid in full within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. Until payment is received, the trip cannot be guaranteed and changes to the itinerary may occur or be subject to additional fees.
Payment Methods:
*Online payment by credit card: If you prefer to pay with your credit card, we will send you a secure link by mail. If you do, you can still pay through the website with your credit card (forms must be submitted in advance with your personal information). The cost to pay by credit card is 2.9% for Visa or MasterCard and 3.9% for American Express. There is no fee to pay by wire transfer from a U.S. bank account.

**For international bank transfers: Please note that each party will assume responsibility for their own bank fees associated with the transfer. However, the customer is responsible for any intermediary bank fees. Therefore, you must specify OUR in the details of the transfer charges.
***There are more time- and cost-efficient platforms for sending international transfers, we suggest using Wise.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing, sent to and received by Nómades Aventura. Depending on the cancellation dates, the following are the amounts that will be refunded.
Note: In case the trip is suspended due to force majeure or Covid19 case, a period of 2 years is granted to be able to use the program from the start date of this, with adjustment of values to the date and maintaining the conditions.
* 70 days or more = total cost of the trip less a reservation fee of USD $ 200 per person for regular programs, reservation fee of USD $ 500 per person for personalized private programs
* 69 – 51 days = 50% of the total cost of the trip will be refunded
* 50 days or less = NO refund
Cancellation of Trips
Nómades Aventura has the right to cancel services up to 70 days in advance of the start date of the trip if:
– The minimum number of members who pay the full fee is not met.
– Cancellation or compensation payments do not apply due to “Force Majeure”, i.e. unusual events and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Nómades Aventura or its subcontractors due to events occurring such as war, pandemics, strikes, riots, terrorist activity or threats, natural disasters, weather conditions or fires, environmental emergencies, transportation changes in airlines, vessels and land carriers, changes of suppliers, etc.
Nómades Aventura is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparing for any cancelled trip. For this reason we strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
Travel Insurance: Nómades Aventura trips take place in remote locations, accidents can and do occasionally happen, as well as last minute inconveniences such as Flight cancellation and delay, flight accidents, lost luggage or a simple twisted ankle that prevents you from arriving on time at the agreed meeting point or being unable to finish your holiday. Therefore, we require all clients to have their own health, accident and liability insurance. Travel insurance must include protection for the entire duration of your holiday, including: medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, as well as cancellation and curtailment. It is good to check that there are no exclusion clauses limiting the types of activities included in your trip. NOMADES AVENTURA will act in full compliance during an emergency situation, but we cannot assume any responsibility for medical costs or evacuation costs during or after a trip. Liability NOMADES AVENTURA does not have liability insurance and cannot assume any responsibility for accidents whether caused by its fault, the horse, the equipment or other persons or subcontractors on the trip. We require all our guests to complete and sign a liability waiver that will be sent to them before the start of the trip. This form must be returned to NOMADES AVENTURA by completing it online at the time of the initial trip deposit.
Health Conditions: All of our guests must be in good general physical health. A general health form will be sent to each guest to complete and sign; this must be returned to NOMADES AVENTURA by completing it online at the time of the initial trip deposit.
Passport/Visas: All clients must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 2 months after the trip departure date. All fees and costs associated with passports and/or visas to enter any country related to a NOMADES AVENTURA trip are the sole responsibility of the client.
Personal Valuables: The operator assumes no responsibility for the loss or theft of the client’s personal belongings, whether purchased on the trip or otherwise.
